We ship all orders with care to ensure your collectibles arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier.
All cards and collectibles are packaged in protective sleeves, top loaders, or bubble mailers as appropriate. Higher-value items are shipped with additional padding and tracking.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Due to the nature of collectibles, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered from their original condition. All sales on sealed product are final unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
